Purpose, scope, and intended outcomes

An official certificate is issued to confirm successful completion of a non-degree professional training program within the scope of a specific course.

Each certificate is linked to the published course title, training hours, issuing entity, and learning outcomes disclosed before enrollment.

The certificate does not constitute an independent legal professional license.
The certificate must not be interpreted as a governmental registration or statutory authorization to practice.

Certificate eligibility requirements

Enrollment must be marked as completed.
At least one active final assessment must exist for the course.
The learner must pass every active final assessment required for the course.
Issuance decisions are based on recorded system data only, with no manual override outside official records.

Final assessment and identity assurance

The program relies on course-linked final assessments, and passing outcomes are recorded in the learner file prior to issuance.

Assessment attempts are tied to authenticated user identity and active enrollment, with instructor review applied where manual grading is required.

Instructors and delivery modalities

Programs are delivered by qualified instructors assigned through approved role and center workflows.

Delivery can be onsite, remote, or hybrid based on program design and publicly disclosed operational requirements.

Fees, scheduling, cancellation, and refunds

Program fees are published before enrollment confirmation, including any additional center-specific operational charges where applicable.

If a program is cancelled by the provider before commencement, learners are offered rescheduling or refund based on the original payment channel.

If a learner withdraws after commencement or fails to meet program requirements, certificate issuance does not apply and refund eligibility is governed by applicable policy or documented agreement.

Certificate term, records, verification, and invalidation

Official certificates are valid for three years from issuance unless a different term is printed on the certificate.
Issued certificate records are retained beyond the certificate term for reasonable verification access.
Every official certificate carries a unique public verification identifier.
If it is later established that program requisites were not fulfilled at the time of issuance, the certificate is invalidated while the record is retained.

Privacy, confidentiality, non-discrimination, and support

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for identity assurance, learner record management, issuance, and verification workflows.

The academy applies non-discrimination principles in program access, support handling, and complaint review procedures.

Record data is disclosed only for announced verification purposes, legal compliance, or a valid data-subject request.
Complaints, appeals, and record access requests can be submitted through the official form below.
No commercial sponsor is authorized to influence certificate eligibility or issuance decisions.
