The journey started in Antakya, Hatay, Turkey by providing high-quality educational consulting under the name Arintr Group.

The organization evolved into Mukhtar Educational Foundation for training and qualification, expanding educational and training services in a more structured way.

The main headquarters opened in Antakya after completing the necessary licenses, while the institution started operating as an official university agent and certification approval partner for Turkish universities.

New branches opened in multiple regions and licenses were obtained to grant official agency rights to training centers under the Mukhtar Educational Foundation name.

A digital platform was launched to deliver courses and educational services online, expanding access for students and trainees.

Partnerships were signed with international educational institutions to improve program quality and expand professional cooperation.

Training and educational services began in the Syrian Arab Republic under the name Mukhtar International Academy.

International accreditation was obtained in the Syrian Arab Republic, ensuring service quality in line with international standards.
